Ryan Burgardt, an undergraduate research assistant in the NeuroRehabilitation Across the Lifespan (NeuRAL) Laboratory, has received UROP funding to support his work related to bilateral coordination assessments using robotics. Burgardt has been a member of the lab since January 2023 and has been integral to designing robotic tasks that measure different aspects of bilateral coordination. The tasks will be used to assess clinical populations including stroke, cerebral palsy, and autism spectrum disorder.
