Bernard Sam is currently pursuing a PhD in Kinesiology. He holds a B.S. in Physical Therapy and a Master of Public Health (MPH). He is interested in researching neurorehabilitation, specifically how proprioceptive impairments affect bilateral coordination in stroke survivors, as well as their role in upper limb recovery and sensorimotor integration. Bernard has extensive experience in stroke rehabilitation, having worked as a Physical Therapist in Ghana. He was also deeply passionate about pediatric rehabilitation, particularly in treating children with cerebral palsy and managing congenital clubfoot (CTEV). Outside of his studies, Bernard enjoys sightseeing, photography, and watching documentaries.
